How long does it take to receive an order?

The average delivery time is 5 to 10 working days, and for some products we deliver in less than a week. To avoid high storage and labor costs, we work directly with our manufacturers and therefore have no middleman. This allows us to offer you very competitive prices compared to what you would get in a physical store.

Where do we deliver and what are the delivery costs?

We ship worldwide and our shipping costs are minimal.

Where do we come from?

Our company has its origin in the EU. We supply directly from our manufacturers in Romania, Spain, Italy, Switzerland and Asia.

Who delivers my item and what are the delivery times?

Your items will be delivered by your local post office. The items will be delivered according to the terms and conditions of your local post office.

What if no one is at home?

Don't worry, your items will be dropped in the mailbox if they are small enough. Otherwise, your package will be dropped off at your local post office where you can pick it up.

I have a wrong delivery address, what should I do?

Do not panic, if your order has not been shipped yet, please contact us immediately and we will be happy to update your information. Otherwise, according to our terms and conditions, once an order has been shipped from our warehouse, no changes can be made.

My order is missing items, where are they?

We cooperate with several suppliers. So when you place an order, each supplier is responsible for a specific product. If you order 5 different items, you will receive 5 different packages and they will arrive at different times (some faster, some slower). On the other hand, if you order the same product 3 times, all products will be shipped in a single package.

How can I apply my promotional code?

Once you have done this, confirm your selection by clicking on "Pay". The payment page will open and you can take full advantage of the offer by entering the code that will automatically apply the discount.Example: On the page "Buy product A, get product B for free" there is a special offer with the code "DISCOUNT CODE NAME". I select the desired product A and the desired product B, which correspond to a predefined selection of items. Both items are in the shopping cart and I can click on the "Order" button and enter my code "PROMO" in the next step.
